Dr. Eleni Kavetsou is an Assistant Professor at the Agricultural University of Athens with a background in Chemical Engineering (NTUA) and a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Nanotechnology. She has worked on 18 national and European research projects and received HFRI funding as Principal Investigator. She has 24 publications (h-index 13, >650 citations).
